Plan Weekly. Focus Daily.
This is where the rubber meets the road. Take time on a weekly basis (15-30 minutes) to get everything out of your brain and on to paper. “Poor handwriting is better than a good memory!” Doing this helps you see the “big picture” for the upcoming week, and allows you to prioritize and schedule your tasks and projects. Don’t write your entire to-do list on one page! Schedule your tasks and projects on the day you plan to do them.
